Cellina olive cream is a typically Salento product. Ideal in combination with bruschetta and friselle, its use in the kitchen can be really creative. Try it with pasta and dried tomatoes or with chicken nuggets. All our creams are obtained from a careful selection of olives, ground and combined with fine Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Ingredients: Cellina olive pulp (90%), extra virgin olive oil (originally), salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid.
