The use of Extra Virgin Olive Oil makes each cream a delight to bring to the table.
The spreadable green olive cream is particularly suitable for seasoning bruschetta or toasted bread, for an aperitif with Salento flavor. All our creams are obtained from a careful selection of olives, ground and combined with fine Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Ingredients: green olive pulp (90%), extra virgin olive oil (originally), salt. Acidity regulator: Lactic acid.
