A liqueur born from the cold infusion of fresh Salento organic citrus peel (oranges, lemons and mandarins) harvested during the ripening period and peeled by hand; finally diluted with a cream of whole milk. Perfect at the end of a meal, for shaking coffee, for dipping in desserts and for drowning ice cream.

To be served preferably cold, shaking it before use.
