PANETTONE WITH HAZELNUTS AND CHOCOLATE

The Artisan Panettone is prepared with high quality ingredients. The long leavening (36 hours) gives the product fragrance and lightness.

INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour, butter 30%, egg yolk, pieces of dark chocolate, mother yeast, sugar, honey, salt, chopped toasted hazelnuts, icing (coverdecor irca: chocolate 38%, sugar, low-fat cocoa, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, soy lecithin emulsifier, natural flavors).

ALLERGENS: GLUTEN, LACTOSE, EGGS, SOY.
