PANETTONE WITH PISTACHIO

The Artisan Panettone is prepared with high quality ingredients. The long leavening (36 hours) gives the product fragrance and lightness.

INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour, 30% butter, egg yolk, 100% pure pistachio paste, mother yeast, sugar, honey, salt. (coverdecor irca: sugar, vegetable fat (sunflower), white chocolate 20%: (sugar, cocoa butter, skim milk powder), whey powder and pistachio 5%.

ALLERGENS: GLUTEN, LACTOSE, EGGS, SOY.
