A mixture of Celline di Nardò olives or “ink” (due to the characteristic bright black color) with an intense flavor that lends itself to multiple preparations: on croutons, on pasta, in sheets and omelettes.
Ingredients: Cellina olive pulp (88%), extra virgin olive oil, salt, lactic acid.
