“La Tria dell’Olivicola” Recipe Kit

La Tria dell’Olivicola is a first course that is inspired by the classic Tria with turnip greens of Salento cuisine, but revisited in a completely fanciful and creative version, which gives novelty both in taste and in the combination of carefully selected ingredients. Contains: Tria Di Grano Senatore Cappelli from the “Dal Salento” line, Batturo di Rape, Pecorino and Anchovies from the DeliziEVOli line, Taralli Cacio and Pepe from the “Dal Salento” line, Laurel liqueur “Essentiae”, Extra Virgin Olive Oil L ‘Olive oil of 250 ml.
