Artichoke liqueur

A liqueur born from the cold infusion of artichoke fruits and leaves and fresh peel of pink grapefruit collected during the ripening period. Diluted with the infused fruit and leaf teas to obtain a unique and intense flavor, from which the active ingredients can be extrapolated both by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water.

The herbaceous and bitter taste of the artichoke and the delicate and sweet fragrance of the pink grapefruit give the liqueur an intense purifying and digestive property.

On the palate it leaves a delicate taste, albeit tending towards bitter, pleasant combined with the refreshing fragrance of pink grapefruit, with a hint of spicy aftertaste.

Suitable as a digestive or for cooking red meats, lamb or game.
