The Ink Olive of Salento enhances the flavors of white meats and salads.
Also known as Ink Olive for its brilliant black color, the Cellina del Salento olive lends itself to obtaining an intense, harmonious and pleasant fruity oil. The persistent taste of this fruit makes it an excellent ingredient in the kitchen to enrich various dishes. In Salento recipes they are used above all to stuff “Pucce” or “Pizzi” (typical baked product with the addition of tomato and onion). They are a frequent ingredient in Apulian cuisine.
Ingredients: celline olives, water, salt, acidity regulator (lactic acid E270).
