“Essentiae” liqueur with lemons, with a fresh and citrusy taste.
A liqueur born from the cold infusion of fresh Salento organic lemons peels collected during the ripening period and peeled by hand. Diluted with herbal teas from the peel of infused fruits to obtain a unique and intense flavor, from which to extrapolate the active ingredients both by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water.
With a strongly citrusy and refreshing taste, thanks to the unmistakable and sparkling aroma of lemons, it has excellent digestive properties and is suitable for cooking fish or white meat dishes.
