“Essentiae” liqueur with myrtle, with a strongly aromatic taste.
A liqueur born from the cold infusion of Salento myrtle fruits and leaves collected during the ripening period. Diluted with herbal teas from the infused leaves and fruits to obtain a unique and intense flavor, from which to extrapolate the active ingredients both by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water. It leaves a strongly aromatic taste on the palate, thanks to the unmistakable aroma of the berries, albeit tending to delicate herbaceous thanks to its leaves.
Excellent digestive properties and for cooking red meats, lamb or game.
