Olive cream with an intense aroma typical of the Apulian cuisine.
All our creams are obtained from a careful selection of olives, ground and combined with fine Extra Virgin Olive Oil. With a typically Mediterranean flavor, “Rosso” leccino cream is ideal for bruschetta and aperitifs, to fill delicious snacks, sandwiches and canapés and to enhance the taste of sauces and sauces.
Ingredients: Leccino olive pulp (90%), extra virgin olive oil (originally), salt. Acidity regulator: Lactic acid.
